Swimmers are reminded to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start times to have time to adequately stretch and be ready to be in the water by the times noted.

Bronze Alpha - 5:00 to 6:00 PM; Bronze Omega - 6:00 to 7:00 PM; Silver Alpha - 6:00 to 7:00 PM; Silver Omega - 5:00 to 6:30 PM; Gold Alpha and Omega - 5:00 to 7:00 PM (Gold Omega 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesdays)
Saturday's on non-meet weekends
Bronze Omega - 9:00 to 10:00 AM
Silver Alpha - 8:00 to 9:30 AM
Silver Omega, Gold Alpha - 8:00 to 10:00 AM
Gold Omega - 8:00 to 11:00 AM
Swim Team try-outs are Wednesdays at 5:00 PM unless a late start is noted below

Unless specifically noted, practices will run their normal length.
Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27th - NO PRACTICE
Tuesday, December 2nd - 6:00 PM start for all groups
Tuesday, December 9th - 6:00 PM start for all groups
Monday, December 15th - 6:00 PM start for all groups
Thurs, Friday & Sat, December 25th-27th - NO PRACTICE
