2010 Swim Team Practice Times
Swimmers are reminded to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start times to have time to adequately stretch and be ready to be in the water by the times noted.
All groups practice @ El Modena H.S.
Bronze Alpha - 5:15 to 6:15 PM; Bronze Omega - 6:15 to 7:15 PM;
Silver Alpha - 5:15 to 6:15 PM; Silver Omega - 6:15 to 7:45 PM;
Varsity - 5:15 to 6:45 PM; Gold Alpha - 6:15 to 8:15
Gold Omega - 5:30 to 8:15 PM
Sunday's on non-meet weekends @ Janet Evens
Both Silver and Gold Groups - 9:00 to 11:00 AM
Swim Team Try-Outs @ ELMO
Fridays at 5:15 PM unless a practice time change is noted below
Practice Change Notices
On the nights El Modena H.S. has home polo games or swim meets, ORCA practices and try-outs will start at the following times:
BA, BO, SA and VAR practices - 6:00 to 7:00
SO & GA practices 7:00 to 8:30; GO practices - 6:30 to 8:30
Try-outs on these dates will occur at 6:00 PM
The following dates will be affected:
